Quality Policy

It is Controlled Products Group policy that:

the Quality Policies outlined in our quality assurance manual are understood, developed, implemented and maintained at all levels within our organization;

the Q.A. Manager oversee the implementation of all policies and procedures within each department of the organization;

each department is involved in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Program;

all personnel receive the required instructions and training to ensure that the Quality Program is implemented and maintained and that the quality of the product or service is achieved:

all the requirements as outlined in our ISO 9001-2000 standards are implemented and maintained within the company;

all non-conforming products are reviewed to determine the cause of the non-conformance to ensure it will not reoccur;

all the expectations and needs of our customers are understood and met.
